Canceling a Subscription

You can cancel a subscription when a customer requests it or when needed for risk/compliance.

How to Cancel (Common Flow)

1. Go to Subscriptions
2. Open the subscriber
3. Click Cancel subscription
4. Choose:

• cancel immediately, or
• cancel at period end

1. Confirm

Immediate vs End-of-Period

• Immediate: access may stop right away
• End-of-period: customer keeps access until the current period ends

Communicate Clearly

Tell the customer:

• when access ends
• whether they will be refunded (based on your policy)
