Changing Subscription Plans

Subscribers may want to upgrade or downgrade.

Common Steps

1. Go to Subscriptions
2. Open the subscriber
3. Click Change plan
4. Select the new plan
5. Confirm

What Happens to Billing

Billing can change based on:

• when the plan is changed
• your billing rules (immediate vs next cycle)
• proration settings (if used)
