Getting a Physical Card

Order a ClapPay debit card to use in stores and at ATMs worldwide.

Requirements

To order a physical card:

• Verified identity
• Proof of address on file
• Available in your country

How to Order

Step 1: Go to Cards

Open Cards from the main menu.

Step 2: Select Physical Card

Click Get New Card → Physical Card.

Step 3: Confirm Your Address

Verify your shipping address. This is where the card will be delivered.

Step 4: Choose Card Design (If Available)

Select your preferred card design (options vary by region).

Step 5: Confirm Order

Review and confirm. You may see a one-time fee for the card.

What to Do When Your Card Arrives

1. Activate your card in the app
2. Set up your PIN
