Freeze your card instantly if it's lost, stolen, or you just want to pause spending.

When to Freeze Your Card

• Can't find your card
• See a suspicious transaction
• Want to prevent spending temporarily
• Lending your wallet to someone
• As a security precaution while traveling

How to Freeze

In the App

1. Go to Cards
2. Select the card
3. Toggle Freeze Card to ON
4. Your card is instantly frozen

On the Website

1. Log in to clappay.com
2. Go to Cards
3. Click on the card
4. Click Freeze Card

What Happens When Frozen?

| Pending transactions | Still process |

Your card is still visible and manageable—it just won't work for new transactions.

How to Unfreeze

1. Go to Cards
2. Select the frozen card
3. Toggle Freeze Card to OFF
4. Your card works again instantly
