Your phone number is used for security (like login alerts and verification codes). Keep it up to date.

Update Your Phone Number

1. Go to Dashboard → Settings → Profile.
2. Find Phone Number.
3. Enter your new number.
4. Confirm with the SMS code we send you.

If You Don’t Have Access to Your Old Number

If ClapPay asks you to confirm using your old number and you can’t:

1. Try signing in and using email verification if shown.
2. If that doesn’t work, follow: Account Recovery

• Use a number you control (not a shared or office number).
• Turn on security alerts: Notification Preferences
