Adding Money to Your Wallet

There are several ways to add money to your ClapPay wallet. Choose the method that works best for you.

Method 1: Bank Transfer

Transfer money directly from your bank account.

How It Works

  1. Go to WalletAdd Money
  2. Select Bank Transfer
  3. Choose your currency
  4. You'll see ClapPay's bank details
  5. Use your bank app or online banking to transfer
  6. Include the reference number we provide

Timing

  • Domestic transfers: 1-3 business days
  • International wires: 2-5 business days

Fees

Bank transfers are free to receive. Your bank may charge a sending fee.

Method 2: Debit Card

Add money instantly using your debit card.

How It Works

  1. Go to WalletAdd Money
  2. Select Debit Card
  3. Enter the amount
  4. Add your card details (or select saved card)
  5. Confirm with 3D Secure if prompted
  6. Money arrives instantly

Supported Cards

  • Visa Debit
  • Mastercard Debit
  • Some prepaid cards

Method 3: Receive from Others

Ask someone to send you money:

  1. Go to Request Money
  2. Enter the amount
  3. Share your payment link or QR code
  4. Money arrives when they pay

Troubleshooting

Money not arrived from bank transfer?

  • Check you used the correct reference number
  • Confirm the transfer was sent from your bank
  • Wait the full processing time (up to 3 business days)
  • Contact support if it's been longer

Card payment declined?

  • Verify your card details
  • Ensure sufficient funds
  • Check your bank isn't blocking the payment
  • Try a different card
