Withdrawing Money from Your Wallet

Transfer money from your ClapPay wallet to your bank account.

How to Withdraw

Step 1: Add Your Bank Account

If you haven't already:

1. Go to Settings → Bank Accounts
2. Click Add Bank Account
3. Enter your bank details
4. Verify with a micro-deposit (small test amount)

Step 2: Start Withdrawal

1. Go to Wallet
2. Click Withdraw
3. Select the currency
4. Enter the amount
5. Choose your bank account
6. Review and confirm

Withdrawal Options

Standard Withdrawal

• Time: 1-3 business days
• Fee: Free
• Best for: Non-urgent withdrawals

Instant Withdrawal

• Time: Minutes (depends on your bank)
• Fee: 1% (minimum $0.50)
• Best for: When you need money fast
• Availability: Eligible debit cards only

Withdrawal to Different Currencies

If you're withdrawing to a bank in a different currency:

1. The amount will be converted automatically
2. You'll see the exchange rate before confirming
3. A small conversion fee may apply

Withdrawal Limits

Timing

When Are Withdrawals Processed?

• Same day: Withdrawals before 4 PM (your local time)
• Next day: Withdrawals after 4 PM

Why Might It Take Longer?

• Weekends and holidays
• First-time withdrawal (security review)
• Large amounts (additional checks)
• Bank processing times

Troubleshooting

Withdrawal Pending Too Long?

• Check for any required actions in your account
• Verify your bank details are correct
• Contact support if it's been over 5 business days

Withdrawal Failed?

• Incorrect bank details (double-check and retry)
• Insufficient balance
• Account restrictions (contact support)
