Verification Status Explained
Here's what each verification status means and what to do next.
Verification Statuses
⚪ Not Started
You haven't begun verification yet.
Next step: Click Start Verification to begin.
🟡 In Progress
You've started but haven't completed all steps.
Next step: Continue where you left off. Complete all required steps.
🟠 Under Review
Your documents have been submitted and are being reviewed.
What's happening: Our team is checking your documents. This usually takes 1-2 business days.
Next step: Wait for our review. We'll email you when it's done.
🟢 Verified
Congratulations! Your identity has been confirmed.
What this means: You have full access to all features within your verification level.
🔴 Action Required
We need more information from you.
Common reasons:
- Document was unclear or incomplete
- Selfie didn't match ID photo
- Additional documents needed
- Information needs correction
Next step: Check your email for details and resubmit.
⛔ Rejected
Your verification was not approved.
Possible reasons:
- Documents were fraudulent or altered
- You don't meet age requirements
- Sanctioned country or person
- Multiple failed attempts
Next step: Contact support if you believe this is an error.
Checking Your Status
View your current status:
- Go to Settings
- Click Verification
- See your status and any required actions
Verification Levels
Some accounts have multiple verification levels:
