Adding Trial Periods

Trials let customers try your product before they are charged.

How Trials Usually Work

• Customer signs up
• Trial starts (no charge during the trial period)
• At the end of the trial, the subscription begins billing

Setting a Trial (If Available)

When creating or editing a plan:

1. Go to Subscriptions
2. Open your plan
3. Set Trial period (for example: 7 days)
4. Save

What Happens When a Trial Ends

At the end of the trial:

• the subscription attempts to collect payment
• if payment fails, your failed payment settings apply
