Creating a Subscription Plan

Set up a plan that customers can subscribe to.

Creating Your Plan

Step 1: Start New Plan

Go to Subscriptions → Plans → Create Plan.

Step 2: Basic Information

Enter plan details:

• Name: What customers see (e.g., "Pro Plan")
• Description: Brief description of what's included
• Internal name: For your reference (optional)

Step 3: Pricing

Set your pricing:

Simple pricing:

• Enter fixed amount (e.g., $29/month)

Tiered pricing:

• Different price based on usage
• Volume discounts

Per-seat pricing:

• Price per user
• Customer selects number of seats

Step 4: Billing Frequency

Choose how often to bill:

• Weekly
• Every 2 weeks
• Monthly
• Every 3 months (quarterly)
• Every 6 months
• Yearly

Step 5: Currency

Select currency for this plan. Create multiple plans for different currencies.

Step 6: Trial Period (Optional)

Offer a free trial:

1. Toggle Free Trial ON
2. Set trial length (e.g., 14 days)
3. Choose if payment method required upfront

Step 7: Create

Click Create Plan. Your plan is now active.

Setup Fee

Add a one-time setup fee:

1. Toggle Setup Fee ON
2. Enter amount
3. Fee charged on first invoice

Prorated Billing

For mid-cycle signups:

• Prorate first invoice (charge partial month)
• Or wait until next billing cycle

Tax

Apply tax to subscriptions:

• Enable tax collection
• Set tax rates by region
• Automatic tax calculation

Getting Subscribers

Share your subscription:

• Copy subscription link
• Embed checkout on your site
• API integration
