Downloading Your Data
Request a complete copy of your ClapPay data.
How to Request Your Data
Step 1: Go to Privacy Settings
Navigate to Settings → Security → Privacy.
Step 2: Request Data Export
Click Request Data Export.
Step 3: Verify Your Identity
For security, confirm your identity:
- Enter your password
- Complete 2FA (if enabled)
Step 4: Wait for Processing
We'll prepare your data:
- Small accounts: Within 24 hours
- Large accounts: Up to 72 hours
You'll receive an email when it's ready.
Step 5: Download
- Click the link in the email
- Or go to Settings → Privacy → Downloads
- Download is available for 7 days
What's Included
Your export contains:

File Format
Data is provided as:
- JSON files (machine-readable)
- CSV files (spreadsheet-compatible)
- PDF summary (human-readable)
All in a ZIP archive.
Requesting Specific Data
Need just part of your data?
Go to relevant section:
- Transactions → Export
- Statements → Download
- Invoices → Export All
Frequency Limits
You can request a full export:
- Once per 30 days
- Individual sections: Anytime
