If you see abuse or a policy violation, report it. This helps keep ClapPay safe.
Examples to Report
- phishing or scam messages
- stolen card or account activity
- fake businesses or fake products
- prohibited goods or services
- harassment or abuse
How to Report
Use one of these options:
- In-app: Help → Report abuse
- Email: abuse@clappay.com
What to Include
- what happened
- usernames/emails involved (if you have them)
- links or screenshots
- dates and times
What Happens Next
We may:
- review transactions and accounts
- request more details
- take action if there’s a violation
If there’s an immediate risk, contact local authorities too.
