Prohibited Activities
Illegal Activities
You may not use ClapPay for:
- Money laundering
- Terrorist financing
- Tax evasion
- Any illegal activity
Fraud
You may not:
- Make fraudulent transactions
- Use stolen payment methods
- Impersonate others
- Create fake accounts
Prohibited Businesses
ClapPay cannot be used by or for:

Abuse of the System
You may not:
- Circumvent security measures
- Use bots without permission
- Interfere with the service
- Reverse engineer our software
- Access others' accounts
Financial Abuse
You may not:
- Structure transactions to avoid reporting
- Use ClapPay to move illicit funds
- Evade sanctions
- Help others violate this policy
What Happens If You Violate
Investigation
We may:
- Review your transactions
- Request additional information
- Place temporary holds
Actions We May Take
Depending on severity:
- Warning
- Transaction reversal
- Account suspension
- Permanent closure
- Reporting to authorities
No Refund of Fees
If we close for violations, fees are not refunded.
