Closing Your Own Account
Before You Close
- Withdraw all funds to your bank
- Download your data for records
- Cancel active subscriptions you have with merchants
- Notify customers if you're a business
How to Close
- Go to Settings → Account
- Click Close Account
- Follow prompts
- Confirm closure
What Happens
- Account deactivated immediately
- Remaining balance returned (if any)
- Data retained per legal requirements
- Can't use same email for new account
Can You Reopen?
- Within 30 days: Contact support, may be possible
- After 30 days: Create a new account

Normal Closure
- Balance sent to your bank
- Or sent via check
