How to Log In

1. Open the ClapPay app
2. Tap Log In
3. Enter your email and password
4. Complete 2FA (if enabled)

Use the reset flow:

Staying Signed In

If you choose “Remember me”:

• Only use it on your personal device.
• Avoid using it on shared phones or tablets.

If You Can’t Log In

Try:

• Checking for typos in your email
• Resetting your password
• Turning off VPNs
• Updating the app

If it still fails:

• Can’t Log In
