Forgot Password?

If you forgot your ClapPay password, you can reset it in a few minutes.

Quick Steps

1. Go to /login on the web, or open the ClapPay app.
2. Click Forgot password?
3. Enter your email address.
4. Open the reset email and click the link.
5. Create a new password and log in.

If You Don’t See the Email

• Check Spam/Junk.
• Search for ClapPay in your inbox.
• Wait a few minutes and try again.
