Creating Shoppable Posts

You can create posts from Social Selling → Posts.

Create a Post

1. Go to Social Selling
2. Open the Posts tab
3. Click Create Post
4. Choose:

• social account
• caption
• post type (image/video)
• products to attach (optional)
• status (Draft, Scheduled, Published)

1. Click Create Post

Post Statuses

• Draft: saved, not published
• Scheduled: planned for later (if scheduling is supported on your plan/setup)
• Published: published immediately (if supported)

If you pick Scheduled and don’t see a time picker yet, treat it like a draft and contact support for scheduling options.
