Connecting Social Accounts

Connecting your social account lets ClapPay read basic account details and help you create posts.

How to Connect

1. Go to Social Selling
2. Click Connect Platform
3. Choose the platform (Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, TikTok)
4. A new window opens for authorization
5. Approve access
6. Return to ClapPay and refresh the page

Disconnecting an Account

1. Go to Social Selling
2. Open the account management action
3. Click Disconnect
4. Confirm

Disconnecting can stop future syncing for that account.

If the Connect Window Doesn’t Open

• Disable pop-up blockers
• Try another browser
• Try again after signing into the social platform
