How to Send
Step 1: Start a Transfer
Go to Send → Mobile Money.
Step 2: Select Provider
Choose the country and mobile money provider.
Step 3: Enter Details
Provide:
- Phone number (with country code)
- Recipient name
Step 4: Enter Amount
- Choose the amount to send
- See the amount in local currency
- View fees and exchange rate
Step 5: Confirm and Send
Review all details and send.
Delivery Time
Most mobile money transfers arrive in minutes.

Recipients receive an SMS when money arrives.
Fees
Mobile money fees are typically:
- 1% - 2% of the amount sent

Tips
- Verify the phone number - Entered wrong? Money goes to wrong person
- Use recipient's registered name - Should match their mobile money account
- Check provider coverage - Make sure they use that provider
Troubleshooting
Transfer pending too long?
- Mobile money can sometimes be delayed due to network issues
- Usually resolves within a few hours
- Contact support if over 24 hours
Recipient didn't get it?
- Confirm the phone number is correct
- Make sure they're registered with that provider
- Check if they have any account blocks
