- We convert to the destination currency (if needed)
- Money is delivered to the recipient's bank account
How to Send Internationally
Step 1: Start a Transfer
Go to Send → International Transfer.
Step 2: Select Destination
Choose the country where the recipient's bank is located.
Step 3: Enter Recipient Details
Provide:
- Full name (exactly as on their bank account)
- Bank name
- Account number or IBAN
- SWIFT/BIC code
- Address (some countries require this)
Step 4: Enter Amount
Choose how to enter the amount:
- You send: Enter what you want to pay
- They receive: Enter what you want them to get
You'll see:
- Exchange rate applied
- Fees
- Total cost to you
Step 5: Review and Send
Double-check all details, then confirm.
Fees
International transfer fees depend on the destination:

| Africa | 0.5% - 1% |
| Asia | 0.5% - 1% |
| Rest of World | 1% |
Plus currency conversion if applicable (0.5% - 1% depending on currency pair).
