Savings Rules

Round-Ups

Round purchases to the nearest dollar, save the difference.

Example:

  • Coffee costs $4.75
  • Round up to $5.00
  • $0.25 goes to savings

Enable round-ups:

  1. Go to SavingsRules
  2. Click Round-Ups
  3. Choose rounding amount ($1, $5, $10)
  4. Select vault
  5. Enable

Recurring Transfers

Transfer a set amount on a schedule.

Setup:

  1. Go to SavingsRules
  2. Click Recurring Transfer
  3. Set amount (e.g., $100)
  4. Choose frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly)
  5. Select source and vault
  6. Enable

Percentage of Income

Save a percentage of every deposit.

Setup:

  1. Go to SavingsRules
  2. Click Income Percentage
  3. Set percentage (e.g., 10%)
  4. Select vault
  5. Enable

Every time money comes in, that percentage moves to savings.

Spending Bonus

When you spend less than usual, save the difference.

How it works:

  • You usually spend $500/week
  • This week you spend $400
  • $100 automatically goes to savings

Managing Rules

View Active Rules

Go to SavingsRules to see all active rules.

Pause a Rule

Temporarily stop a rule:

  1. Click the rule
  2. Toggle OFF
  3. Reactivate anytime

Edit a Rule

Change rule settings:

  1. Click the rule
  2. Click Edit
  3. Make changes
  4. Save

Delete a Rule

Remove a rule permanently:

  1. Click the rule
  2. Click Delete
  3. Confirm

Rule Limits

To protect you from overdrafts:

  • Rules won't run if balance is too low
  • Set minimum balance requirements
  • Daily/weekly limits available
